Private Residence in Aradippou

This private residential project, located in Aradippou, Larnaca, features a reinforced concrete frame with elegant arches, designed to combine structural efficiency with architectural aesthetics. The building incorporates flat ceilings with inverted beams to optimize interior space while maintaining structural integrity. Special formwork solutions were employed to achieve the unique curved and flat geometries with precision and constructability.

The structure was designed and analysed in accordance with the Eurocodes, with detailed structural modelling and verification performed using Tekla Structural Designer to ensure compliance with current standards and robustness against all relevant loads.

Our firm is providing full civil and structural engineering design services, and we are also overseeing the construction management, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The project is currently under construction.
