This is a project located on a commercial road in Larnaca city. This private development is a purpose built building for a client that will have their headquarters moved in Larnaca. The ground floor and mezzanine are shops on a main road.

The offices are open plan with flat slab scheme reinforced concrete frame to enable large spans.

We undertook the structural design, project management and site supervision until completion.
